I actually designed this cover art background before i came to study in the UK though without the band's name or logo. I originally planned to use it one day when i do make a CD with my band in Singapore. But i guess it'll have to wait.

Can the meaning in images be read wrongly?
Following up from the meaning of images and how some people are adamant that the image be read in a certain way. I believe that sometimes a particular image would be read in a certain way depending on which part of the world you lived in. For example, in Japan, alot of the styles focus on the feminine beauty which is why u would see the styles these band taking being similar to females. Whereas in Singapore and even the UK, such a style would not be widely accepted and most people would look at it with disgust. However, is some cases the particular image might have been meant to give that impression to the viewer but of course makes it hard for the viewer to get it.
Either way, I think i would just stick to music, and understanding the meaning of an image through words. LOL

What i noticed from analyzing images
I noticed that many of the images used a triangle starting from the bottom right and left and ending at the top middle portion. I think that this particular style helps the viewer to properly visualize what the artist would want the person to focus on. Another aspect i noticed is the single point perspective that is usually used which i think also helps to create a sense of realism in the image and to allow the user to really get into the image and understand it better. Colours in the image are usually layered into horizontal rows instead of any other styles which i honestly can say that I'm not too sure why.
Another image froma different museum
This image was also taken from a different museum and shows some of the landscape of early Europe. The image has very distinctive colour tones with the faded colours near the top of the image and coming down to a much bolder look near the bottom. The image also uses a distinct triangle again with the triangle starting from the bottom left and right and ending at the top middle portion. This image lets us see the remains of a castle and the exceptionally beautiful scenery and landscape around Ireland.
An image i took in a museum
This image was taken at a museum when i was in Ireland though i cant exactly remember the name of it. The perspective of this image is very different from some images I've seen as it looks like it utilizes a multi-point perspective but in a somewhat different way from other images I've seen. The image itself also features really faded colours which adds to the whole feeling of it being really old. The image probably shows the houses and the area that many of the richer people during those times lived in. and what kind of lives they lead. The ship in the background also helps to articulate the feeling of a beautiful scenery and landscape.
